In my build I've included a Crusader and a Wizard. On the right is the boarded up house, which if you smash the door in the game, you can then access the portals to the Uber Bosses. again, family-friendly) but most parts are covered. I've missed a few things in this next section (like the burning pile of corpses. There aren't many pictures online of some sections of the town, so if you haven't played the game you'll have to just try to imagine it. Please note that I toned my version down a bit since it was on display at a family-friendly event (I also don't have much dark red to make blood stains.) So I'll start with the entrance to the town. The build is 3x5 baseplates in size, which all come apart for easy transport. I've based this build off the Adventure Mode version of the town (in Story Mode the layout is slightly different). New Tristram is the starting town in the game Diablo 3. Some weak skill design, boring and limited viable builds, and Land of the Dead, drags it far far down.I built this a few months ago and recently displayed it at The Sydney Brick Show. Necromancer - ugh, so disappointing, since Necro is probably my favorite in D2. It just seems to have a tendency of its most boring builds also being its best. Still, it is the main spell caster of the game, cant really dislike it.Ĭrusader - It is decent, very much the tanky class, and I enjoy that part of it. Wizard - spell casters tend to be my favorites in games. Not much interest in the non-pet builds however. WD - Have really enjoyed it as a pet class. I have enjoyed all the classes to some degree.Ī ranked list, best to worst, over time (some of it from vanilla, some of it now, so a bit hard to compare directly):ĭemon Hunter - I like the overall design and skill set. Maybe it is because they all feel too similar at this point, that I dont really have very strong feelings one way or the other (except for the Necro!).
